Our
meat plant will provide the facility for slaughters to fufill Hallal
requirements. The Mercantile Co. Meat Plant in Utopia is
a TA plant administered by the UDSA.
We provide
custom slaughter, custom processing, inspected slaughter, inspected
processing (for resale), custom hallal and inspected hallal (religious).
We specialize in processing deer, elk, antelope, sheep, goats, beef,
buffalo and domestic or wild hogs.
We
can provide for all of your religious holiday needs start to finish.
